Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on products that have been opened or used.

However, in certain genuine cases such as:

  • damaged product received
  • incorrect item delivered
  • leakage or manufacturing defect
  • quality-related concerns

customers may raise a claim with us for review.

Claim Process

To submit a complaint or refund request, please email us at:

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Product Inspection

In some cases, we may request the customer to return the product for inspection before approving any refund or replacement.

Refunds or replacements will be decided only after:

  • receiving the product back (if requested)
  • reviewing the claim internally
  • verifying the issue reported

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • opened or used products
  • change of mind
  • dislike of fragrance/texture/results
  • minor packaging variations
  • delays caused by courier partners beyond reasonable control

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
