01 — Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

02 — Shipping Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

03 — Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or minimum purchase values.

04 — Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

05 — Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@almaandes.store within 48 hours of receiving (or expected receiving) your order. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

06 — Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Alma Andes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
